 "WILL I NEED SPECIAL EQUIPMENT OR CLOTHING?"

Yes, but don't order any exercise equipment from a late-night infomercial company, and don't rush off to the mall to buy the latest workout clothing. Your 50 Plus Fitness™ trainer will bring everything to your training sessions that you need for great workouts! You don't need to buy a single dumbbell! *

However, if you are interested in buying exercise equipment of your own, don't do anything until you consult with your 50 Plus Fitnesstrainer! In most areas, 50 Plus Fitness has established professional discount programs with local exercise equipment retailers. We've done all the legwork and negotiating for you! So before you buy, ask us first. Let us show you the right equipment at the right price.

50 Plus Fitness also has a full line of workout clothing in a wide variety of sizes, colors and styles-all embossed with the famous 50 Plus Fitness logo. We can also outfit you with the best in quality training accessories including lifting belts, training gloves, wrist and knee wraps, lifting straps, jump ropes, mats, balls, resistance bands, pedometers and water bottles.

           

*Group training participants will be required to provide their own equipment including resistance bands and floor mats.

 "WHERE WILL I WORKOUT?"

The location of your training sessions will be entirely up to you!

All of our training programs are formatted to seamlessly integrate into your busy daily life. You don't need to join an overcrowded gym, take the time to travel to a training facility, or buy expensive exercise equipment. We'll come directly to you and bring the gym with us!

To make your personal training experience as enjoyable, effective, efficient and completely functional as possible, we'll conduct your training sessions in the comfort and privacy of you own home, at your community center or fitness facility, at an outdoor training location, or at any other place of your choosing.
